Why Some People Never Break A Bone—3 Wild Theories Explained

Posted on July 26, 2025July 26, 2025 By Erica m No Comments on Why Some People Never Break A Bone—3 Wild Theories Explained

Three strange hypotheses regarding persons who have never fractured a bone have been offered by a TikTok creator.

Those of us who are clumsy will be well aware of the dangers of breaking bones, and it’s remarkably simple for younger kids to do so.

Broken bones will inevitably occur at some point, whether it’s during a sports class at school or when playing sports with friends.

Furthermore, you don’t even need to participate in sports to break something—a simple slip and fall down the stairs or a toe abrasion might have a serious consequence.

Many might attribute this to luck, yet there are plenty of people who have never broken a bone in their lives.

However, a TikTok maker going under the handle Sara’s Weird World believes that heavenly protection may be at work here and has posted three theories regarding individuals who haven’t broken anything yet.

Spiritual protection

Speaking of spiritual protection, Sara said: “Apparently, there is a spiritual reason to why people have never broken a bone.”

“That’s because they are protected by spiritual protection. Almost untouchable in a weird sense. Protected by the higher powers.”

Good Karma

Despite how ridiculous this notion may sound, I sincerely hope it has some merit because I have never fractured a bone.

“The theory is that these types of people possess good karma, which they’ve earned by doing actions and kind deeds,” Sara clarified. “This protects the individuals from coming to any harm.”

Since “harm” may obviously refer to more than only broken bones, might it also be a positive sign for life in general?

Past life experiences

According to the last explanation, Sara adopts the religious concept of reincarnation, which holds that those who have experienced significant hardship in previous lifetimes are more likely to have good fortune in their reborn selves.

She said, “It is said that those people in this life who have never broken a bone may have experienced significant trauma in a past life. So, the theory suggests that they are being spared from having similar experiences in this life.”

Many people have poured their opinions on the hypotheses in the TikTok video’s comments area, which has gone viral.

Someone wrote, “Or…hear me out… we just lazy and never leave our houses unless we have to.”

While a second added, “If someone never broke a bone. that mean its last reincarnation.”
