A woman who says she has the “biggest lips in the world” has shared her appearance before to undergoing extensive surgery and receiving a lot of lip filler.
Since beginning her makeover in 2018, Bulgarian Andrea Ivanova has made headlines for her improved beauty, spending an estimated £20,000 on lip filler alone.

The 27-year-old has already acknowledged that her dramatic appearance makes it difficult for her to find love, but it hasn’t prevented her from realising her dream of having the world’s largest lips and cheeks.
She has now disclosed her appearance prior to making cosmetic changes to her face.

Andrea’s ‘before’ pictures show a young woman with lips that are proportionate. However, she has hardly changed since going through her augmentation trip.

Her extensive list of procedures includes simultaneous cheekbone enhancement, jaw shaping, lip augmentation, chin shaping, and enlargement and lengthening.
She has previously mentioned how she enjoys using her distinctive appearance to stand out from the crowds.

“I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up,” Andrea said.
“I don’t like boring ordinary appearances and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties. Natural beauty is boring to me so I decided to change my appearance radically.”

Despite her regular doctor’s refusal, the social media influencer has publicly discussed getting six surgeries done in one day as an “experiment.”
“My doctor was afraid to inject more hyaluronic acid into my lips, but I was adamant that I wanted more, and I will not stop,” Andrea said.

“I wanted to do six procedures at once. Until now, I always did these on different areas of the face on different days.”
In the past, Andrea had only ever experienced up to three needles in her face simultaneously.

“But this time, I wanted to experiment with myself to see how many injections and [amounts of filler] would affect my body,” she said.
Since her regular surgeon flatly refused to perform the surgeries, she even had to look for a physician in Germany, which was accomplished in February of last year.
Andrea acknowledged that the event had been quite painful, despite her excitement about it.
“I have pain all over my face right now and my jaw and chin hurt a lot,” she said at the time.
“It’s hard for me to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones and there’s a pulling sensation over my face.”
However, Andrea maintained that because the “filler hadn’t settled into place,” the sensation was typical following therapy.
Andrea insists her lips ‘don’t hurt’ despite the fact that she has trouble chewing.
She added, “I only feel a slight discomfort, but that’s where I have the most amount of filler and where I’ve had injections the most amount of times. The more filler there is, the less the area hurts.”
Andrea has no intention of slowing down or lessening her luscious appearance in spite of the agony.
Since her regular physician is dubious about continuing with her makeover, the former philosophy student intended to travel to Germany to see the same surgeon.
However, even the German physician has recently expressed their worries.
“I had no fears about having so many injections at once because I trust my doctor and they are a great professional in cosmetic surgery,” she said.

“But they are afraid I’ll get necrosis and have to have the tissue surgically removed from my lips if I carry on.”
According to the NHS, necrosis is the loss of bodily tissue that happens when there is insufficient blood flow to the area.
This illness, which can occasionally be lethal, can be brought on by radiation, toxins, or trauma.
“There are risks involved, such as inflammation, and raised body temperature, especially with so much at once,” Andrea added.
“I have facial swelling and bruising right now, which is normal due to the many needles, but I think in a few days, I’ll recover.”
She continued: “You shouldn’t judge people for their looks. It’s their taste and no one has the right to be offended because of it.”
“I think I’m going to carry on doing multiple injections in one day going forward, as it makes me very happy.”
